Hey Paige! Instagram has recently changed things on their back end and I’ve noticed Social Captain is having issues. I’d say wait a week and then try again. When it’s back up and running, automate it on slow for one week, the medium for the next, and then you can go faster the week after that. If you really want to keep doing automation now just try another company. That message from Instagram is only meant to dissuade you and change your password so you’re disconnected from the third party service. Don’t worry, they don’t shut down accounts unless you’re “buying” followers or likes and automation isn’t that. Check out the first few parts of my article. I go into detail a bit about that.
