That is SO strange. On my end, I can reach their chats on both the original link in the article and the FB page I sent you. It seems like different users have different access? Have you spend money on ads? That might trigger something on their end that would allow you to contact them, but I have no clue. Regardless, this is so disappointing. They talk so much about their priority being the safety of their communities but their actions clearly indicate otherwise.
